On Sept. 19, 2017, Roger Matthew James, of Chandler Heights, Arizona, a member of the Gila River Indian Community, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow to 15 years in prison, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
