On Sept. 19, 2017, Gabriel Michael Alvarez, 25, of Sacaton, Arizona, a member of the Gila River Indian Community, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow to 262 months in prison, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
