State v Aaron Juan Saucedo Motion to Unseal Court Records Hearing

Judge Scott McCoy will hear oral argument at 1:30 PM MST today regarding the media’s motion to unseal court records. The hearing is set for 30 minutes, according to Vincent Funari, public information officer for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
