Today, Blayne Douglas Wayne De Long, 25, of Tucson, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Jennifer G. Zipps to 32 months in prison, followed by a three-year term of supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
