Justin Francis LaClere pleaded not guilty this morning. His next court date is an Initial Pretrial Conference is set for 3/21/2014 at 8:30 AM MST before Commissioner Christine Mulleneaux, according to Karen Arra, spokeswoman for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
