Daniel Alberto Silva Sentencing

On Jan. 28, 2014, Daniel Alberto Silva, 40, of Nogales, AZ, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge John A. Jarvey to 40 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Arizona news release.
