Gladiator Fire Burning North of Crown King

The Gladiator Fire is burning 4 miles north of Crown King, according to the Arizona Emergency Information Network. The wildfire in the Bradshaw Mountains was first reported at approximately 11 AM MST today. The cause is under investigation. Resources committed include: 7 hand crews, 5 engines, 2 air tankers and 1 helicopter. The reported size of the fire is estimated at 600+ acres. The fire is burning in brush, oak, chaparral, and timber.
