Maricopa County Sheriff's Office deputy involved Shooting reported at the MCSO Sub-Station at 16705 East Ave of the Fountains in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
[Update] An MCSO Sergeant discharged his service weapon which incapacitated the suspect. First aid was rendered on scene and the
suspect was transported to the hospital. At the time of this release the suspect is expected to survive his injuries.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing and more details will be released as they become available, according to a Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office media update.
