Today, Xavier Justice Hamidreek, 24, an enrolled member of the Havasupai Indian Reservation from Supai, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. Senior District Judge Roslyn O. Silver to 24 months in prison. Upon release from prison, Hamidreek will be on supervised release for 20 years, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
