Takeoffs and landings were suspended at Phoenix Sky Harbor between 8:00 - 8:30 PM MST tonight due to a monsoon storm. Operations resumed shortly after 8:30 PM and by 8:45 PM all three runways were open, according to Julie Rodriguez, public information manager for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
