Ginger Louise Scott Holmes, 44, of Parker, Arizona, an enrolled member of the Colorado River Indian Tribes, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Susan R. Bolton to 60 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release. She was sentenced on February 24, 2014, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Arizona news release.
