Volunteers from the American Red Cross are responding to a home fire at 35th Avenue and Peoria Avenue in Phoenix, AZ. ARC volunteers are assessing the needs of one adult and one teen who were displaced by the mid-morning blaze, according to Trudy Thompson Rice, communications officer for the American Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter.
