Dan Whitehead pleaded guilty to Count 2. He also pleaded no contest to Count 6 and Count 8. He will be sentenced on September 27, 2013 at 8:30 AM MST in front of Judge Bruce Cohen, according to Kelly Vail, public information officer for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
