[Update] Southwest Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Austin has landed safely. Active incident. Police on scene. The plane is away from the terminal areas and is parked on the west side of the airport. Traffic is restricted on the west side of the airport. Drivers are asked to enter and exit the airport on the east side. Use loop 202 or State Route 143 to enter and exit Phoenix Sky Harbor.
