Working apartment fire reported in the 2700 block of East Chipman Road in Phoenix, AZ.
Units responding and on scene include: E22, E23, E28, R22, PI3, L22, BC5, SDC, FI16, CR12, PHXP01, SRP000, SWG000 and U29.
[Update] The American Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter in a media advisory says that it is providing assistance to three families (seven adults and 12 children) displaced by the fire.
