[Update] Mill Avenue is closed from Fifth to Seventh Street for the next two hours due to the fire at Urban Outfitters.
[Update 2] Fire under control. 80 fire personnel were on scene at its peak, according to staff at Phoenix Fire Department Regional Dispatch Center.
