House fire reported in the 1700 block of East Pinchot Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.

[Update: 2:45 PM MST] Firefighters are on the scene of a working house fire near 16th St and Thomas. Firefighters were able to clear the house of all occupants and also save multiple dogs that were trapped inside the house. The cause is not yet known, according to Phoenix Fire Department officials.
