Judge Sally Duncan sentenced Stanley Chu to 15.5 years in prison and three years of probation for manslaughter, aggravated assault and leaving the scene. In a separate case, he was sentenced to three years of probation and four months in prison for aggravated DUI. The cases will run concurrent, according to Vincent Funari, public information officer for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
