Israel Torres Sentencing

Last week, Israel Torres, 35, of Phoenix, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge James A. Teilborg to 41 months followed by three years of supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
