Richard Corrie Beals Sentencing

Last week, Richard Corrie Beals, 72, of Tucson, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Jennifer G. Zipps to 13 months and one day in prison and a $5,000 fine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
