Charles Leon Millard Jr Sentencing

This week, Charles Leon Millard Junior, 51, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge David G. Campbell to 12 years in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
