Per the plea, Judge Margaret Mahoney sentenced Jesse and Maleisa Hughes to 60 days in jail and six years of supervised probation. Mr Hughes’ jail term will begin today. Mrs. Hughes’ jail term will begin January 02, 2017, according to Vincent Funari, public information officer for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
