Small aircraft down reported at West Olive Avenue & North Sarival Road in Waddell, Arizona.
Units on scene: E303 E307 W-121 SQ44 LT305 BC301 BR307 MCSO04. Ambulance (W-121) is leaving to the hospital.
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is on scene. According to initial reports, the pilot was the sole occupant of the aircraft and received what is believed to be minor injuries. No other details at this time, according to Chris Hegstrom, director of public information for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
[Update: 1:08 PM MST] Downed crop-dusting helicopter. The pilot was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to MCSO spokesman Chris Hegstrom.
