[Update: 9:46 AM MST] All morning court hearings scheduled in the East and Central Court buildings have been cancelled due to the power outage. The South Court Tower is open and operational, so any hearings scheduled in that building are still taking place, according to Kelly Vail, public information officer for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
