Rosemary Velazco Arraignment

Rosemary Velazco pleaded not guilty at her arraignment this morning. Her next court date is July 28, 2015 at 8:15 AM MST in front of Commissioner Phemonia Miller, according to Kelly Vail, public information officer for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
