Update: Water main break. Valley Metro bus is stuck. Passengers on the bus were assisted off by PD/FD. 12 people were on the bus. No injuries. Tempe PD, Tempe FD, and City of Tempe Water are on scene. Severe flooding in the area. Southbound McClintock Drive traffic closed at Don Carlos. Northbound McClintock Drive traffic is closed at Broadway. Light rail traffic has not been impacted. Light rail trains are running.
