Per the plea, Judge Roland Steinle sentenced Joshua Pinkerton to seven years in prison and lifetime probation and Carlena Pinkerton to 13 years in prison and lifetime probation, according to Vincent Funari, public information officer for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
