Attorneys filed a Motion to continue today’s arraignment in State v Gary Moran (CR2014128973). The motion was granted. The arraignment set for today has been continued to Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 8:30 AM MST in the South Court Tower – 3rd floor, courtroom 3C, according to Karen Arra, spokeswoman for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
