Miguel Perez Quintana pleaded not guilty this morning. Quintana's next court date is an Initial Pretrial Conference on 11/13/2013 at 8:30 AM MST before Commissioner Richard Nothwehr, according to Karen Arra, spokeswoman for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
