Ricardo Torres Marquez Sentenced

Commissioner Patricia Starr sentenced Ricardo Torres Marquez to the aggravated sentence of 24 years in prison and lifetime probation upon release, according to Karen Arra, spokeswoman for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
