American Red Cross volunteers are responding to a fire Saturday afternoon at 59th Avenue and West Flower in Phoenix. Two adults and four children who were displaced by the blaze and are being assisted by the Red Cross, according to Trudy Thompson Rice, communications officer for the American Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter.
