Walter David Garcia Sentenced

On June 24, 2013, Walter David Garcia, ­23, of Sinaloa, Mexico, was sentenced to 16 years in federal prison by District Judge Neil V. Wake, according to the office of the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona.
