NWS Phoenix says gusty winds between 30-45 MPH and blowing dust will hit the greater Phoenix area between 7:40 PM and 9:00 PM. Estimated arrival times: Ahwatukee around 7:40 PM, Chandler 7:50 PM and Sky Harbor Airport at around 8:00 PM.
